It is a level 1 BBB-EE company at 135% and aimed to create job opportunities through excellent service delivery aligned with our client’s values while we leverage World Class Manufacturing Principles.
We are an innovative World Class Manufacturing orientated company striving to become a leading, reliable and results-focused labour service provider. We provide labour services to various companies. Our labour services are diverse and tailor made for our different clients aligned with their operational programs and standards.
We invest in the development of our people to help our clients businesses to continuously improve and reach even greater heights.
Palesa Mokoena who is also a managing director founded the company. She holds a National Diploma in Chemical Engineering from Vaal University of Technology, also covered some Nated Studies from N4 to N6 from Flavius Mareka FET College which included some technical subjects such as Engineering Science/Physics; Chemical Plant Operations; Engineering Mathematics; etc. She furthered her studies by studying BTech in Operations Management also from Vaal University of Technology and currently wrapping up the studies in International Brewing Diploma.

Corporate Social Responsibility
Rubicon has embarked on a social responsibility journey that supports learning & development and career choice for basic education purposes. The project named Careertalkwithpalesa covers but not limited to the following:
- Career Shadowing Programs
- Help undergraduates to get placements for Integrated Learning
- Expose Grade 9 learners for psychometric tests allowing them to be self-aware and know which career paths to follow based on their psychometric results
- Partner with different companies to allow students/graduates who don’t need funding to volunteer in their facilities and gain some work experience they need
- Partner with different companies/foundations to support educational community programs and learners with tools they need to enhance teaching & learning
- Running Career Talk Show where different professionals; business owners; and self-employed are being interviewed to provide insights of their day on day roles and responsibilities; requirement to join the field; challenges and opportunities. These interviews are held on various social platforms and viewers are allowed to ask questions thereof. Some were also aired on local Radio Station( Lekoa FM)
